Who we are
MAL Entertainment operates adult nightclubs in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information on this website (the “Site”).
Our clubs are for guests 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data when you use the Site.
Newsletter
If you subscribe for updates we collect:
- Email address
- ZIP / postal code (required so we can send relevant club news)
- Which lists you chose (MAL Entertainment updates and/or individual clubs)
- Optional name, if you add it later on your preference page
We use double opt-in: you must confirm from your inbox before we add you as an active subscriber. You can change lists or unsubscribe at any time from links in every email, or from the newsletter page.
Forms
The Contact and Now Hiring forms collect the fields you submit (such as name, email, phone, and application details). Hiring submissions are used only to evaluate employment interest.
Technical and analytics data
Our hosting and Site tools may log IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. Independent Analytics records first-party website usage. Newsletter delivery may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked so we can improve sends. We anonymize newsletter IP addresses where the plugin stores them.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are needed for WordPress, forms, and logged-in admin or manager tools to work. Analytics may also set a first-party cookie or similar identifier. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.
How we use information
- Send the club and MAL updates you subscribed to (no more often than weekly)
- Respond to contact and hiring inquiries
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Meet legal and recordkeeping duties
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use newsletter signup to send unrelated third-party advertising.
Who we share with
We share information only as needed to run the Site:
- Email delivery: SMTP.com, to send confirmation, welcome, and newsletter messages
- Website hosting and security providers
- The Newsletter plugin and related add-ons that store subscribers and send mail
- Authorities if required by law
Club social links and review widgets may load content from those platforms if you click them; those sites have their own policies.
Email rules
Commercial email from MAL includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly. From addresses identify MAL Entertainment (newsletter@malentertainment.com / noreply@malentertainment.com).
How long we keep data
Newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe or we delete the list, plus a short period needed to honor opt-outs and prevent accidental re-adds. Contact and hiring submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept according to those tools’ retention settings.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in the footer of every newsletter
- Change club lists from the profile / manage-preferences link in emails
- Ask us to correct or delete information we hold, subject to legal limits, via the Contact page
If you are in a state with extra privacy rights (including California), you may request access, deletion, or a copy of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in those laws.
Children
The Site and our clubs are 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. The date at the bottom is the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
